Support Coordination Stirling
NDIS Support Coordination Stirling
At Brightwest Care, our support coordinators are devoted to strengthening participants’ abilities to coordinate their supports seamlessly. We take a collaborative approach to understand each participant’s funding, expectations, and preferences for support design. Our coordinators work to ensure a well-balanced mix of supports is established to optimise capacity and independence. We prioritise maintaining valuable relationships, efficiently handling service delivery tasks, and encouraging social and community inclusion. Our mission is to provide participants with the necessary support to manage their supports effectively and achieve their desired outcomes.
