Support Coordination Canning
NDIS Support Coordination Canning
At Brightwest Care, our support coordinators play a crucial role in strengthening participants’ capabilities to manage their supports. We work collaboratively with participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of their funding arrangements, expectations, and the specific design of their supports. Our approach ensures that a tailored mix of supports is implemented to optimize each participant’s abilities. We are dedicated to maintaining important personal relationships, managing service delivery tasks, and fostering independence, social interaction, and community involvement. Our aim is to provide the necessary guidance and support to help participants thrive and achieve their desired outcomes.
