We support involvement in social, recreational, and educational activities, recognizing their significant impact on personal development and happiness. By developing and implementing individualized strategies, we empower participants to access these opportunities independently. Our aim is to promote self-reliance, build social connections, and create a supportive community environment where participants can achieve their goals and enjoy fulfilling lives.
To engage in community, we support you to:
- Build skills, taking up a new interest or learning new things.
- Have full choice and decision over your supports and the services you want.
- Access suitable therapy services.
- Visit libraries and cinemas.
- Attend music events.
- Participate in community events such as swimming, dancing, festivals, ceremonies etc.
- Attend appointments.
