Participation in community and social activities Joondalup
NDIS Participation in community and social activities Joondalup
At Brightwest Care, we are deeply committed to empowering our participants to fully engage in community, social, recreational, and educational activities. We understand the importance of these interactions in enhancing the quality of life. Our dedicated team works closely with each individual to implement effective strategies that enable them to access and participate in these activities independently. By fostering a supportive environment, we help our participants build confidence, develop skills, and form meaningful connections within their community.
To engage in community, we support you to:
- Build skills, taking up a new interest or learning new things.
- Have full choice and decision over your supports and the services you want.
- Access suitable therapy services.
- Visit libraries and cinemas.
- Attend music events.
- Participate in community events such as swimming, dancing, festivals, ceremonies etc.
- Attend appointments.
Brightwest Care homes are warm, inviting and suitable for the NDIS participants.
