Participation in community and social activities Fremantle
NDIS Participation in community and social activities Fremantle
At Brightwest Care, we support our participants in engaging with their community by facilitating their participation in social, recreational, and educational activities. We provide the necessary tools and strategies to help individuals access these opportunities independently, empowering them to build strong community connections and pursue their interests with confidence. Our goal is to promote active community involvement and enhance the overall well-being of our participants.
To engage in community, we support you to:
- Build skills, taking up a new interest or learning new things.
- Have full choice and decision over your supports and the services you want.
- Access suitable therapy services.
- Visit libraries and cinemas.
- Attend music events.
- Participate in community events such as swimming, dancing, festivals, ceremonies etc.
- Attend appointments.
Brightwest Care homes are warm, inviting and suitable for the NDIS participants.
Please feel free to contact our Intake Officers on 1300 398 111 to discuss how we can assist you.
