NDIS Participation in community and social activities Canning
At Brightwest Care, we prioritize community engagement, ensuring that participants have the support they need to take part in social, recreational, and educational activities. We work closely with individuals to develop and implement strategies that facilitate independent access to these opportunities. By promoting active involvement in the community, we aim to enhance participants’ quality of life and help them achieve their personal aspirations.
To engage in community, we support you to:
- Build skills, taking up a new interest or learning new things.
- Have full choice and decision over your supports and the services you want.
- Access suitable therapy services.
- Visit libraries and cinemas.
- Attend music events.
- Participate in community events such as swimming, dancing, festivals, ceremonies etc.
- Attend appointments.

Brightwest Care homes are warm, inviting and suitable for the NDIS participants.
Please feel free to contact our Intake Officers on 1300 398 111 to discuss how we can assist you.
