Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our services are provided by our experienced and highly trained staff. We aim to support you and your loved ones by ensuring you have access to crucial services including housing, therapy, daily personal care, and transportation. At Brightwest Care, we believe in fostering independence and improving your quality of life through our comprehensive care services. Our mission is to help you live more autonomously while receiving the support you need.
Our NDIS Supported Independent Living services include:
- Provide you or your loved ones with daily living assistance as well as building skills to live the life you want.
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Administration of medication and support for medical appointments
- Assistance with capacity building tasks. For example, cleaning, meal preparation, cooking, ironing, washing, laundry, bathing, making bed and daily routine development.
- Support with social and community activities
- Transportation to day programs, employment, and allied health appointments.
