Support Coordination Victoria Park
NDIS Support Coordination Victoria Park
At Brightwest Care, our support coordinators are focused on developing participants’ skills in managing their supports. We engage in a collaborative process to understand each participant’s funding, clarify their expectations, and determine their preferences for support design. By implementing a tailored mix of supports, our coordinators aim to enhance each participant’s capacity and independence. We also emphasize maintaining important relationships, managing service delivery tasks efficiently, and promoting social and community inclusion. Our commitment is to help participants navigate their supports and achieve their aspirations.
